Kick-off Meeting in Zaragoza
First official meeting with project partners: CSIC (Spain), Munkun (Spain), Lottozero (Italy), and European Creative Hubs Network (Greece). Defined roles, detailed action plans, and aligned on common goals for sustainable transformation in fashion.
Stakeholder Insights Report
Completed a comprehensive report based on industry surveys, identifying key challenges, needs, and expectations among stakeholders across the fashion sector.
Intermediate Partners' Meeting in Prato
Review of progress, evaluation of initial outcomes, and planning of next steps. Emphasis on refining the open educational resources and preparing for the Imagineering workshops.

Continuation of co-creation activities, tailored specifically to the Italian context, building on local textile heritage and innovation capacities.
