IMASUS at the EUNIC Imagine Festival in Prague

On 9 October 2026, Lauren Berardi from Lottozero took part as a speaker in the EUNIC Imagine Festival in Prague, held within Designblok, the city’s international design festival.

The panel, “How can fashion tackle climate change?”, looked at how sustainable materials, circular textile systems, craftsmanship and design innovation can help change the fashion industry.

Lauren introduced Lottozero’s work: its textile laboratory, its educational programmes and its collaborations with designers, artists and industry, which support material experimentation and knowledge exchange. She also presented the textile district of Prato, where local know-how and production networks are a solid base for circular practices.

IMASUS was shown as an example of Lottozero’s involvement in European cooperation projects, and of how international partnerships can support education and the exchange of approaches to sustainable fashion design. Its focus on sustainable materials and circular design connected directly with the panel’s question: how can we rethink the way fashion is produced?
